AJAX v Beaumaris

AJAX travelled to Banksia Reserve to take on Beaumaris, who had several players available due to VFL byes.  The inclusion of several talented players made the task even more difficult than it could have been. Beaumaris too full advantage of the players available to them and had a 33-point lead at quarter time.

AJAX continued to battle away in the second quarter with Beaumaris only increasing their lead by 2 points in the quarter.  

The third quarter showed the dominance of the opponents as they increased their lead to 76 points at ¾ time, eventually defeating AJAX by 100 points.  

AJAX maintained the desire to compete and continued to pressure the opposition until the final siren.
