AJAX v De La Salle

Returning to Gary Smorgon Oval AJAX took on De La Salle and were very competitive for ¾ of the game.  Unfortunately a lapse in the third quarter saw De La Salle kick 4.7 whilst AJAX failed to score which opened a gap that despite kicking 5 goals in the last quarter AJAX could not bridge.  AJAX showed a great endeavour to rally in the final term but were eventually beaten by 32 points.
