Melissa is a sport psychologist and academic specialising in wellbeing, resilience, trauma, and performance psychology. She currently works with Melbourne City FC and the Western Bulldogs, and has a private practice consulting to elite and professional athletes. Melissa has worked with athletes at international sporting events including the Maccabiah Games and the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She is passionate about using evidence-based strategies to support athletes to reach their potential and achieve peak performance, on and off the sporting field.
